01 - Combine chicken strips with olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, oregano, salt, and ground black pepper in a mixing bowl. Ensure pieces are evenly coated.
02 - Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high. Add marinated chicken and cook for 5 to 6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pieces are cooked through and lightly golden. Remove from heat and allow to rest briefly.
03 - Place tortillas flat and divide chicken, mozzarella, cheddar cheese, sliced onion, diced tomato, and spinach equally along the center of each.
04 - Fold the sides of each tortilla inward and roll up tightly to enclose the fillings.
05 - Melt unsalted butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Place wraps seam-side down and grill for 2 to 3 minutes per side, turning as needed, until golden and cheeses are melted.
06 - Transfer wraps to a cutting board. Slice in half if preferred and serve immediately while warm.
